Safety and Reporting
Effective October 10, 2026 · Spoil The Princess (spoiltheprincess.com)
If someone is in immediate danger, call emergency services now: 911 (United States) · 999 (United Kingdom) · 112 (European Union).
1. We are an online-only platform
Spoil The Princess is for online communication between adults: messages, voice, video and other on-screen interactions. It is not a dating, escort, introduction or meeting service. We do not arrange, facilitate or endorse in-person meetings, and nothing on the platform is ever offered or paid for an offline meeting, companionship in person or any sexual act. We cannot see or control what people do away from the platform.
2. What we do when something bad comes to our attention
We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, coercion, and anything involving anyone under 18. When we learn of it, we act:
- We remove the content and suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved, and may withhold or reverse payments connected with it.
- We preserve the relevant records and report to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities, and cooperate with their investigations.
- Apparent child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking and online enticement of children are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as US federal law requires, and child sexual exploitation and abuse content is reported to the UK National Crime Agency as the UK Online Safety Act 2023 requires.
- Information suggesting a threat to anyone's life or safety is passed to the police or other competent authority.
Details are in our Terms of Service (sections Zero Tolerance and Reporting to Law Enforcement) and Privacy Policy (section Law Enforcement, Safety and Legal Disclosures).
3. How to report
- In the app: use Block and Report on a profile or conversation. Blocking stops the person contacting you straight away.
- By email: [email protected], with the member's username and what happened. Reports about minors, trafficking, threats or blackmail are handled first.
- Harassment: we review every report of harassment by or between members and may remove content, warn, suspend or ban. If we remove your content or restrict your account and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and we will review the decision and tell you the outcome.
- Fraud: if we ban a member for fraud, we may notify members who were in contact with them.

5. Safety awareness notice
We do not conduct criminal background screenings of our members. Identity or age checks we may run for payments or record-keeping are not background checks, and no check can guarantee that a person is who they say they are.
Online safety awareness
- Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or passwords to anyone who asks outside the platform's own payment features.
- Be careful with anyone who quickly professes strong feelings, asks for financial help, describes an emergency, or pushes you to move to another app.
- Keep your home address, workplace, financial details and intimate images private.
- We will never ask for your password or payment details by email or message. Our only address for account matters is [email protected]; other @pamper.tv addresses belong to members, not our staff.
Protecting yourself from sexual assault and dating violence
- Any sexual conduct without the other person's freely given consent is a crime and can be prosecuted.
- Our platform is online only. If you nevertheless choose to meet someone in person, that happens outside the platform and at your own risk: tell a friend where you are going, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and leave if you feel unsafe.
Protecting yourself from financial crimes
- Romance scams and sextortion are common. If someone threatens to share images of you or demands money, stop replying, keep the evidence, report them to us and to the authorities above, and do not pay.
6. Where you are
Our service is intended for adults in the United States and the United Kingdom. Members in US states with online dating safety laws (including New York, New Jersey, Texas, Illinois, Florida, Utah and Connecticut) receive this notice and the disclosures in our Terms. UK users may report illegal content and complain about our decisions under the Online Safety Act 2023 using the reporting process above. Users in the European Union may notify us of illegal content and complain about our decisions in the same way; our point of contact for authorities and users is [email protected] (English).
